Location: Qingdao

Project phase (2024-2028)

·        Involved in QD PMDI autonomous factory project design, construction, commissioning, and qualification as end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project.

·        Standardize knowledge & experience to prepare for Qingdao site PQ & PV and ensure following BAU smoothly.

·        Learn and apply best practice from other sites to Qingdao projects.

·        Ensure SHE, GMP and regulatory compliance in automation area.

·        End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase.

·        Documentation and standardization and digitalization activities during project and BAU phase.

 

BAU phase (2028 onwards)

·        Facilitate the deployment of site digital transformation roadmap and clarify the direction for site improvements.

·        Define operational improvement targets, establish site performance improvement plan which are enabled by digital technologies.

·        Support PETs and Functions to establish digital transformation plan and introduce digital use cases to enable performance improvement.

·        Manage site digital project portfolios.

·        Facilitate business analysis to identify digital opportunities for site improvements base on understand of current situation of the business.

·        Facilitate interface between business, IT and data scientists in designing, iterating models and insights, utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.

·        Develop end-to-end product strategy, determine business value and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team and business owners.

·        Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.

·        Support to plan and implement annual budget and cost control in line with company goals.

·        Build up lean & digital culture by practicing lean/digital/automation solutions and business benefit realized.

·        Build & implement lean and digital capability development plan to generate value.
