JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for facilities maintenance SHE management;
• Responsible for security & SHE incident/accident investigation and conducting, correct & prevention action plan;
• Responsible for security & SHE operation full compliance with international, local laws, regulations, standard and company policies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   主 要 职 责

1. SHE management system maintenance

• Conducting SHE operation ISO45001/ISO14001 management system, regular review & update SHE SOP/LOPs
• Conducting regular sites SHE risk assessment, inspection and audit on facilities operation, implementing risk mitigation actions
•  SHE incidents/accidents investigations, implementing corrective and prevention actions
• Drive continuous improvement project to reduce accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
• Conducting emergency responding plan & BCP drill
• Monitoring workplace safety & health status, such as fire safety, air quality, occupational health risk, ergo, etc.
• Conducting contractor safety management, ensure construction safety.
• Energy efficiency & waste reduce optimization and consumption monitoring
• Implementing MOC process, assessment SHE impact & recording changing process

2.  SHE compliance operations

• Conducting monthly law/regulations/standard compliance assessment.
• Conducting regular spot check of SHE SOP/LOP implementation
• Regular inspections on facilities maintenance PM plan, to ensure facilities’ safety operation.
• Conducting Hazard waste & chemistry management & disposal process.
• Conducting regular SHE training to AZ employee, IFM vendor & SHE team
• Maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholder & local government organizations

3. Security operation support

• Supporting on initializing security service procurement order.
• Supporting on regular spot check of security vendor operation.
• Supporting on security accident investigations.
• Supporting on security monthly KPI review.
• Supporting on security continuous improvement project.
• Supporting on facility security system operation maintenance

COMPETENCIES

• At least 8 years' working experience in Security & SHE operation is preferred; SHE relevant education background is preferred, such as safety engineering, environmental engineering;
• Working experience in MNC or manufacturing sites is preferred with good SHE sense;
• Good knowledge of security & SHE international/local laws, regulations, standard;
• Certificate of safety engineering is prefered;
• Good coordinating and communication skills;
• Hard working,  “can do” and “willing to win” attitude
