NATURE & SCOPE  

Lead to develop product brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan

  • Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assets
  • Lead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action plan
  • Drive pricing & market access proposal / recommendation for senior management decision

Lead to product access cross-TA level project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes

  • Organize and manage the regular BU level access meeting to senior management update
  • Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for product access by brand level
  • Organize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation plan
  • Lead local product access projects or support global access projects​​

COMPETENCIES / 胜任能力

Job requirements          

- Academic / Professional Qualification:
Bachelors degree and above.  MBA degree is preferable, but not required.
- Technical / Skills Training

1. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China onco/ immune pharmaceutical landscape and market access environment, deep understanding on China onco/ immune access dynamics

2. Strong cross-functional project management skills. Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities. Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders

3.  Strong business acumen, Strategic thinking and analytical skills

4.  Quick learner with passion to work in a fast-paced environment

5.  Excellent communication & presentation skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written)

- Previous Work Experience:  

At least 5 years work experience (1-3 years working experience in pharmaceutical MNCs oncology/immunology marketing/NPP or market access).

- Desirable qualities

Consulting working experience for pharmaceutical industry Knowledge / experience: Project management & access experience

- Language ability

Fluency in both English and Chinese (both oral and written)

- Computer literacy

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

2. Excellent PPT/presentation skills
