-Accountable for design a new smart/autonomous warehouse through innovative digital solution and technology in Wuxi CDC.

通过创新的数字化解决方案和技术，负责无锡CDC新工厂智能/自主仓库的设计。包括:

-Real-time material requirements changes and prediction for production process.

-根据生产过程的变化，预测并实时调整物料需求。

-Autonomous material handling/transportation through e.g., AS/RS, Robotics, AGVs, IoT technology adoption and integration with SAP/WCS/MES.

-通过高架立体库,机器人,自动导向车，物联网等技术的实施，以及和SAP/WCS/MES系统的集成，实现自主化物料操作和运输。

-AI-driven Platform adoption to scale processes and materials up and down based on demand dynamics.

-通过人工智能平台的实施，根据需求的动态变化，实现流程和物料供应的自适应。

Fully involved in new warehouse construction, qualification, validation activities to deliver the autonomous and smart warehouse and logistics solutions to end users.

全程参与新仓库的建造和验证过程，以向最终用户交付自主/智能化新仓库和物流解决方案。

Ensure systems (SAP/WCS/MES etc.,), SOP/WI setup ready for BAU and meeting industry top decile quality, delivery, speed, efficiency standard.

按照质量，交付，速度，速率板块超一流绩效标准，确保系统按时上线(包括SAP/WCS/MES等)，流程(SOP/WI等)按时生效并向用户交接。

-Ensure the operations and activities in warehouse fully compliant with related regulation and pass audits from quality perspective (GXP), compliance & financial perspective (SOX, FCF etc.), and SHE。

确保所有活动和操作符合质量（GXP）, 财务合规（SOX, FCF, etc.）和SHE等法规要求。

- Act as a SHE representative to identify and understand the SHE risk factors within the project scope

作为SHE代表识别和了解项目范围内的安全危险因素

-Review SHE performance and provide advice and recommendation.

回顾SHE的业绩，提出建议和意见

-Support and guide improvement on SHE performance within project scope.

支持和指导项目范围内SHE工作

Education, Qualification, Experience

教育、资质、经验

* Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain management, logistics management or industrial engineering.

本科以上学历，供应链管理,物流管理或工业工程等相关专业。

* Minimal 8 years' experience and strong knowledge in supply chain management,3 years in project management as project manager.

8年以上供应链管理相关经验，3年以上供应链项目管理经验。

*Supply chain management experiences in Pharma MNC is preferred.

制药行业供应链管理经验优先。

Capabilities

*Have project or new site startup related experience, Autonomous/Smart Factory experience is preferred.

有新工厂建立项目相关经验，自主/智能工厂建立经验优先。

* Fluently English in both writing and oral.

流利的英语听说读写能力。
