Typical Accountabilities, Experience & Behaviours
- Support to develop standardized procurement data format to demonstrate spending trends, scorecard related status (savings, payment terms etc.), and risk indicators.
- Collect, organize, and maintain procurement related data (RFP, PO spending, savings, etc.) to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis
- Support to design and generate procurement dashboards
- Prepare detailed reports to internal stakeholders as China procurement data hub owner
- Contract filing and management 3PRM status monitoring and follow-up
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
- Proven experience in data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in developing dashboards using tools such as Excel, or similar.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
