DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   

Business Communication

• Strategic business PR & Comm. planning as leadership team of RDU Business
• Excellent projects execution with cross-function teams incl. MKT/Medical/Policy/Corp. Comm.
• Well budget planning and implementation
• Strong leadership to guide and cultivate team member to achieve the business goal

Executive Communication

• Closely support RDU VP for internal and external communication
• Liaise with RDU global communication team for China RDU executive communication implementation
• Cross TA / functions / teams communication and coordination

Internal Communication

• Strategic planning for RDU China employee communication plan to enhance team morale and improve strategy cascade-down
• Very key high-level internal communication projects implementation incl. re-org. comm., support on Cycle / Annual Conference comm., etc.
• Support on strategic content development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic / Professional qualification     

- Bachelor’s degree or above (Communications / PR / MKT field is preferred)

Technical / skills training    

• Business strategic insights
• Professional PR & communication skills
• Strong language skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and multi-task skills

Working experience

Essential     

• 10+ experience in MNC / PR agency / healthcare related industries
• Proactive, hard-working and resilient working attitude
• Strong writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Good team leader and multi-task handler
• Cross-functional working experience
• International landscape

• Strong business strategic partner as PR & Comm. professional
