DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Business Communication
- Strategic business PR & Comm. planning as leadership team of RDU Business
- Excellent projects execution with cross-function teams incl. MKT/Medical/Policy/Corp. Comm.
- Well budget planning and implementation
- Strong leadership to guide and cultivate team member to achieve the business goal
Executive Communication
- Closely support RDU VP for internal and external communication
- Liaise with RDU global communication team for China RDU executive communication implementation
- Cross TA / functions / teams communication and coordination
Internal Communication
- Strategic planning for RDU China employee communication plan to enhance team morale and improve strategy cascade-down
- Very key high-level internal communication projects implementation incl. re-org. comm., support on Cycle / Annual Conference comm., etc.
- Support on strategic content development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic / Professional qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Communications / PR / MKT field is preferred)
Technical / skills training
- Business strategic insights
- Professional PR & communication skills
- Strong language skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and multi-task skills
Working experience
Essential
- 10+ experience in MNC / PR agency / healthcare related industries
- Proactive, hard-working and resilient working attitude
- Strong writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Good team leader and multi-task handler
- Cross-functional working experience
- International landscape
Desirable
- Strong business strategic partner as PR & Comm. professional
