Through dynamic, hands-on collaboration with AI engineers, you will co-create advanced AI solutions—including next-generation Agentic AI tools and capabilities —aimed to transform how we work.

In this role, you will leverage your clinical operations expertise as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with AI engineers and technology partners to define, design, develop, and rigorously evaluate AI-driven solutions. Your expertise will add value across the entire clinical operations value chain, contributing to strategic and operational decisions in roles such as Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Project Manager (PM), Study Manager, Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), and site investigator, among others.

Major responsibilities

  • 系统梳理和提炼临床试验的关键流程,精准识别业务痛点与优化空间
  • 保持对创新工具实践的敏锐洞察,不断挖掘与捕捉数字化和AI应用的场景和新机遇,用实际数据和反馈驱动优化
  • 快速捕捉和评估AI与数字化技术机遇,结合实践和业务知识,主动识别可落地的AI技术和高价值场景,并完成任务和业务逻辑拆解
  • 在业务与用户需求的驱动下,与AI工程师及跨部门技术、业务专家密切协作,深度参与可行且标准化最佳实践的分析、定义与设计,并不断推动完善和升级
  • 为新型AI能力的测试体系建设提供专业支持,包括标准与文档体系的搭建,以及推动行业benchmark的制定和完善
  • 组织并协调跨职能团队,积极引领创新方案的探索与讨论,持续推动产品的优化与升级
  • 面对挑战,以目标为导向,凭借创新意识、优秀的跨部门协作能力、务实精神与高效沟通来推动项目持续迭代和高质量兑现,确保MVP方案能够快速产出,并持续提升业务与技术融合的整体水平

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 具备扎实的临床运营背景,曾担任Study Manager、Site Manager等角色,深刻理解临床试验项目全流程,对study planning与study execution有丰富实践经验
  • 熟悉临床研发(Sponsor)、CRO以及Site 等多方协作的业务逻辑,能够梳理和提取临床试验的最佳实践和经验,精准识别业务痛点
  • 对新技术转化为实际产出充满热情
  • 对人工智能、数字健康、临床运营的创新工具或平台有浓厚兴趣,具备以终为始推动数字化转型和智能化变革的前瞻视野
  • 具有医疗健康数字创新、AI赋能流程、项目管理等实践经历者优先
