In this role, you will leverage your expertise as an experienced clinical researcher—such as a disease lead or study physician—serving as the clinical domain expert within a multidisciplinary project team comprising AI engineers and technology partners. Together, you will define, design, develop, deliver, and rigorously evaluate AI-driven solutions that advance clinical research and development. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact across the entire clinical development value chain, encompassing areas such as strategic planning, study design, clinical trial monitoring, interpretation of study findings, and regulatory engagement on clinical matters, among others.

Major responsibilities

• 梳理并提炼资深临床研究者在临床研发过程中的决策和工作流背后的逻辑和路径，精准识别业务痛点和优化空间
• 对临床研发相关的创新工具的实践保持敏锐洞察，不断挖掘并捕捉数字化和AI应用的场景和机会，用实际数据和反馈驱动优化
• 快速捕捉和评估AI与数字化技术机遇，结合实践和业务知识，主动识别可落地的AI技术和高价值场景，并完成任务和业务逻辑拆解
• 在业务与用户需求的驱动下，与AI工程师及跨部门技术、业务专家密切协作，深度参与可行且标准化最佳实践的分析、定义与设计，并不断推动完善和升级
• 为新型AI能力的测试体系建设提供专业支持，包括标准与文档体系的搭建，以及推动行业benchmark的制定和完善
• 组织并协调跨职能团队，积极引领创新方案的探索与讨论，持续推动产品的优化与升级
• 面对挑战，以目标为导向，凭借创新意识、优秀的跨部门协作能力、务实精神与高效沟通来推动项目持续迭代和高质量兑现，确保MVP方案能够快速产出，并持续提升业务与技术融合的整体水平

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 具备扎实的新药研发临床科学背景，曾担任 disease lead，study physician，clinical development strategy lead等角色，在临床开发策略决策、研究方案设计、临床研究监查、临床解读以及与监管部门沟通等环节有丰富的实践经验
• 熟悉立项和临床试验设计背后的科学考量，能够梳理和提取最佳实践和经验，精准识别业务痛点
• 对新技术转化为实际产出充满热情
• 对人工智能、数字健康、临床科学的创新工具或平台有浓厚兴趣，具备以终为始推动数字化转型和智能化变革的前瞻视野
• 具有医疗背景且在医疗健康数字创新、AI赋能流程、项目管理等实践经历者优先
