• Participate in the development of site-specific supply chain policies and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives.

• Initiate and execute supply chain programs to realize business growth, global supply continuity, and operational excellence.

• Continuously seek and recommend improvements based on industry/internal best practices to enhance the organization’s competitive profile.

Operations management

• Direct and coordinate all supply chain operations to achieve established goals and adhere to company standards.

指导和协调所有供应链运营，以实现既定目标并遵守公司标准。

• Ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system, product quality and GMP compliance through participation in management reviews and through advocating continual improvement.

通过管理层回顾和持续性改进确保质量管理体系的适用性和有效性，产品质量和法规符合性。

• Collaborate closely with demand planning team, commercial & marketing team to achieve accurate demand and sales planning.

• Work with internal/external supply nodes to ensure materials supply in timely manner and in efficient ways

• Manage all customs and import/export activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth day to day import and export activities

• Actively promote and use internal and external resources to achieve the operational effectiveness and policy utilization during import and export processes , and help the company achieve tax savings and policy implementation in import and export activities in compliance.

• Monitors utilization of equipment, facilities and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and ensure compliance.

• Builds relationship to foster cross-functional communication and cooperation.

• Maintains overall authority over supply, capital investment and operating budget.

• Controls significant supply projects, including conducting supply impact assessment from major changes.

• The authorization of written procedures and other documents, including amendments.

• Accountable that the department organization is built and developed aligned with the site’s development

• Build, lead and motivate production team to achieve the stretch goals

• Recruit qualified staff according to organization development needs and provide professional training & coaching

• Communicate company policies & decisions within department and ensure they are well understood and followed by staff

• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.

• Establish challenging individual objective and development plan for subordinators. Appraise performance of department staff, determines assignments and changes of employee status in accordance with company policy

• Develop supply chain team professional & leadership capability through coaching, delegation and providing high-level training program etc.

SHE

• Act as a SHE steering committee member and promote SHE within the area of responsibility and ensure that SHE considerations are incorporated into all activities

• Review SHE performance and provide advice and recommendation

回顾SHE绩效并提供意见和建议

• Support and guide improvements on departmental SHE performance

• Above 8 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry

      制药行业8年以上的工作经历

• Above 5 years of working experience on management position

      管理岗位5年以上的工作经历

• Above 10 years pharmaceutical supply chain management in multinational company

10年以上跨国公司制药供应链管理经验
