Key Responsibilities
Develop long-term departmental goals in line with company and R&D strategy, and lead product development planning.
Provide strategic guidance on translational medicine research and flow cytometry assay development.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and ensure effective implementation of R&D plans and cost control.
Lead translational medicine research, clinical sample testing, and assay transfer/validation; oversee project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with R&D scientists, clinical teams, hospitals, and other stakeholders to complete testing tasks.
Drive academic output, including publications in international journals and presentations at global conferences.
Coordinate internal and external resources, and build partnerships with research institutions and regulatory bodies.
Lead and motivate the team to ensure efficient operations.
Carry out other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree or above in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, or related biomedical field; PhD preferred.
Solid knowledge of method development, validation, and documentation; experience in antibody or cell therapy.
Familiarity with GLP and GCP standards.
Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and presentation abilities in English.
PhD with 10+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical R&D experience, or Master’s with 15+ years; at least 5 years of project and team management.
Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
