Typical Accountabilities:
• Develops and/or facilitates the development and creation of the promotional plan and programs and ensure their consistency with the brand strategy
• Develops and manages the promotion /communication budget and project timelines
• Collaborates with brand team to make a convincing case for appropriate budget and expectations for marketing opportunities
• Maintains awareness of competitive activity in consumer marketing
• Manages overall relationships with advertising agencies and other vendors
• Responsible for the implementation of promotional/communication strategies, plans and programs in support of brand strategies and objectives
• Provides input into Communication Planning and Operational Planning

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., business or science)
• Desirable: Advanced degree(s) in business or science.; Advertising agency experience; Sales or Sales Training experience
