Lead and manage tax compliance activities across China, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other taxes, as well as risk management, and tax advisory.
Work in close partnership with regional and global headquarters to align tax policies and ensure accurate tax reporting.
Oversee the implementation and continual improvement of internal tax processes and controls.
Manage tax audits & tax enquires, acting as the primary point of contact for tax authorities
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for tax audits, controversy management and tax authority inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
CPA, CTA, CICPA or other professional tax/accountancy qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate tax, with significant exposure in multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare companies.
In-depth knowledge of PRC and international tax laws, regulations, and practices.
High personal integrity, ethics and a collaborative team spirit.
