SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Play an expertise role as BU digital champion to bridge BU needs & DCE solution, and develop customized omni-channel digital marketing solutions tailored to brand needs

  • Advisor to develop TA/Brands annual omni channel digital strategy
  • Architect of omni-channel digital marketing solutions tailored to brand needs
  • Builder of benchmark cases

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong understanding of business needs and able to translate into comprehensive and innovative omni-channel HCP engagement plans with execution support 
  • Communication & influence with business stakeholders (MD/FH) and elevate capabilities with BU team
  • Provide richer HCP experience, elevate activate rate of interactions and affinity, and encourage high quality UGC (user generated content)
  • Insightful customers’ analytics with engagement improvement plans

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree and above, MBA preferred
  • Digital Marketing Events execution and management techniques and project mgt skill
  • 8 years+ Oncology Marketing / Digital Marketing experience in MNC pharmaceuticals
  • Have a great understanding on customers perspective and needs in multi-channel.
  • Strong and innovative digital business solution design and implement cross different disease areas
  • Experience with FMCG/ Retail/ Internet Health Senior role from well-known digital marketing agencies with pharmaceutical in house experience could also be considered Experience and resources in the digital marketing partners collaboration Medical related education background
