Typical Accountabilities:

  • Play as primary contact person for HCO management.
  • Lead the team to arrange necessary HCO visiting, training, and will be required to quickly develop strategic relationships with HCO and evaluate a range of judgmental issues around risks, controls.  
  • Be responsible for HCO prefer list, master data maintenance, like DD management, annual HCO list update, etc.
  • Work together with the relevant functions to propose and optimize HCO capping management.
  • Be responsible to develop HCO portrait to support multiple CC project review meeting and HCO list optimization.
  • Conduct annual HCO audit to enhance the efficiency of HCO prefer list and portrait.
  • Set up regular project analysis mechanism by HCO to review the risk and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement of HCO management projects.
  • Support improvement of HCO internal governance if applicable.


Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience:

  • More than 8-10 years working experience in third party engagement, strategy development and implementation.
  • Well educated with insights of business, HCO and dynamics between function.
  • Experience in driving changes and external relationship management.
