Typical Accountabilities:
- Play as primary contact person for HCO management.
- Lead the team to arrange necessary HCO visiting, training, and will be required to quickly develop strategic relationships with HCO and evaluate a range of judgmental issues around risks, controls.
- Be responsible for HCO prefer list, master data maintenance, like DD management, annual HCO list update, etc.
- Work together with the relevant functions to propose and optimize HCO capping management.
- Be responsible to develop HCO portrait to support multiple CC project review meeting and HCO list optimization.
- Conduct annual HCO audit to enhance the efficiency of HCO prefer list and portrait.
- Set up regular project analysis mechanism by HCO to review the risk and performance.
- Support continuous improvement of HCO management projects.
- Support improvement of HCO internal governance if applicable.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience:
- More than 8-10 years working experience in third party engagement, strategy development and implementation.
- Well educated with insights of business, HCO and dynamics between function.
- Experience in driving changes and external relationship management.
