SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Oversee execution of patient screening and early detection programs across the company’s therapeutic areas, ensuring on‑time, compliant, and high‑quality operations and delivery.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan projects: Partner with the BU to select/sponsor appropriate third‑party patient screening/early detection programs; own budget control; set milestones and key deliverables.
  • Design processes: Translate screening protocols, informed consent, CRFs/data‑capture forms, enrollment criteria, and follow‑up flows into compliant internal SOPs.
  • Manage partners: Identify and assess HCOs and execution vendors; complete DD; ensure contracts, ethics approvals, and other documents are legally compliant. Drive alignment: Coordinate Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to align objectives and priorities.
  • Govern execution: Manage IT systems, contracts, KPI definition, and routine performance reviews of vendors.
  • Mitigate risks: Build the project risk‑management and frontline monitoring plan. Control finances: Prepare project P&L; manage milestone‑based costs; approve site and vendor payments; ensure cash‑flow discipline and financial compliance. Report & support decisions: Provide regular updates to NCL and the BU on progress and compliance risks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years’ healthcare experience; 5+ years’ project management. Oncology/rare disease screening or diagnosis experience is a plus.
  • Accurately understand business requirement of Brand team and deeply understand patient journey. Brand management(especially in CMKT)experience is a plus.
  • Strong in project management and vendor management; exceptional compliance orientation.
  • Innovative mindset. Innovative projects experience in screening/diagnosis is a plus.
  • Cross‑functional leadership track record; managed a core team of 5+ and more than 3 external vendors.
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical, Public Health, or related disciplines.
