岗位工作地点在青岛，精益数字工程师负责参与pMDI工厂建设，作为用户代表更好的支持项目组实现青岛pMDI工厂实现autonomous 工厂 设计理念和建设，参与制定工厂autonomous roadmap，并且通过精益数字化和AI技术和专业能力，领导/实施工厂团队的autonomous案例项目的推进和实施，加强和内外部利益相关方的沟通，该角色还将通过促进培训、项目学习与实践分享，并充分应用精益工具，如VSM，TPM，PPS，标准化，可视化，等持续改进工作，确保项目的建设交付和支持未来的商业化生产，打造青岛工厂成为autonomous工厂的典范。

This role is based in Qingdao. The Lean Digital Engineer will participate in the construction of the pMDI factory project and, as a user representative, better support the project team in realizing the autonomous factory design concept and building for the Qingdao pMDI site. The role will co‑develop the Qingdao site autonomous factory roadmap and, through lean digital practices, AI technologies, and professional expertise, lead/implement autonomous use‑cases projects for the site team. And will strengthen communication with internal and external stakeholders and, by facilitating training, project learning, and practice sharing, fully apply lean tools—such as VSM, TPM, PPS, standardization, and visual management—for continuous improvement. The role ensures project construction delivery and supports future commercial production as well, making the Qingdao site a model autonomous factory.

• 参与到项目的不同阶段，作为用户参与制定青岛工厂的autonomous战略制定和IT架构部署
• 参与或领导autonomous项目实施，确保roadmap中项目按计划交付，跨部门协作，将项目交付至BAU，确保敏捷的工作方式
• 参与network及相关论沟通交流，确保global 和regional利益相关的信息互通，能够良好展示青岛工厂autonomous的案例，确保在战略层面能够达成一致
• 与工厂和全球精益数字化团队紧密协作，开发、分享以及采纳好的精益数字化的解决方案，加速autonomous工厂的建设。
• 应用端到端的思维持续标准化和持续改善的理念和能力，通过项目期间的参与，VSM实践为未来的项目交付和商业化做好准备
• 主动学习新技术并与团队成员分享，并且能够参与支持低代码/无代码（LoCO/NoCo）解决方案的开发与故障排查
• 推动并示范跨职能协作，作为变革与持续改进的催化剂，
• 应用精益、Kaizen（改善）和数字化流程改进方法，简化工作流程，能够提供精益相关培训，帮助提升团队能力，并且贡献到项目的建设和后期商业化的生产效率的提升
• 具有精益相关理念和经验，能够基于精益原则和工具实践精益并提供一些内部培训支持到人员能力的提升
• Participate in different phases of projects, acting as a user representative to help define the autonomous strategy for the Qingdao plant and support IT architecture deployment.
• Participate in or lead autonomous project implementation, ensuring projects in the roadmap are delivered on schedule, driving cross-functional collaboration, transitioning projects to BAU, and maintaining an agile way of working.
• Engage in network-related communications to ensure information sharing that aligns global and regional stakeholders; effectively showcase the Qingdao site autonomous use cases to secure strategic alignment.
• Work closely with the site and the global Lean Digital network team to develop, share, and adopt effective lean digital solutions, accelerating the build-out of the autonomous factory.
• Apply end-to-end thinking and the concepts and capabilities of standardization and continuous improvement; through project participation and VSM practice, prepare for future project delivery and commercialization.
• Proactively learn new technologies and share insights with team members and be able to support the development and troubleshooting of low-code/no-code (LoCo/NoCo) solutions.
• Drive and role-model cross-functional collaboration, acting as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and digital process improvement methods to streamline workflows; deliver lean-related training to build team capability and contribute to productivity improvements during project execution and post-commercialization.
• Experienced in Lean-related concepts and experience, practice Lean based on Lean principles and tools, and provide internal training to support capability building

• 工程、制药、数据科学或相关领域本科及以上学历
• 数据分析与解读能力
• 适应能力、持续学习能力和学习敏捷性
• 良好的沟通与协作
• 英语流利
• Bachelor degree or above of engineering, pharma, data science or related field
• Data analysis and interpretation capability
• Adaptability, continuous learning and learning agility
• Good communication and collaboration
• Fluent in English

• 拥有制药行业精益数字化工作和工厂项目管理经验者优先
• 流程改进经验
• 具备在全球性组织工作的经验，能够适应复杂/跨地域的背景
• Lean digital and site project management environment.
