1. Compliance Policies & Procedures (35%)
- Perform the risk assessment for the emerging risks
- Support to update the local policy to meet the risk assessment and risk control
- Maintain the updated version of Global Policy and Standards as a gate keeper. Ensure that these policies and standards can be found in compliance policy center.
- Facilitate the policy study to understand the purpose/ rationale and implementation with tracking /monitoring
- Support line manager to develop, maintain and ensure continued relevance of compliance policies and procedures (e.g. Global Policy on External Interactions and related SOPs, etc) to ensure alignment with Global requirements, compliance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations, industry code (e.g., RDPAC Code) and other relevant foreign laws (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Coordinate the team to collect FAQs and feedback from internal clients regarding the policy matters in field and deliver them to discuss in team meetings.
2. Training & Communication (35%)
- Support line manager to develop and implement compliance related training strategies to ensure optimal delivery focusing on effectiveness, clarity and understandability.
- Support line manager to develop or refine training tools / format / channels (e.g., iPad, electronic system and application) to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance training and communication.
- Prepare appropriate training and communication materials in accordance with the training strategy and plan or to fulfill internal clients’ needs.
- Deliver face-to-face training to internal clients
- Support Compliance with culture related activities
- Support or/and complete the other ad-hoc related tasks, such as following up with teams/ analyzing data & results / projects etc.
3. Coordinator (30%)
- Well manage and deliver admin work to Compliance VP
- Support team operation work like budget management, resource allocation, daily team meetings, teams buildings, etc.
