SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As the Business Insights & Platform lead will improve commercial excellence by building company-level insights and leverage digitalization & AI capabilities to align with the company’s mid-term strategy and business model evolving.  The role will closely with IBEX & Digital, SFE  BP, GMO, Compliance, HR, and Finance BP,  and review with senior leaders.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Insights Generation:

  • Generate executive dashboard and conduct deep and company-level insights for senior stakeholders that connect market dynamics, access, performance, patient journeys to TA and portfolio strategy, establish knowledge-based data pool that match to life cycle and product strategy, synthesize leading indicators and causal drivers into risks, and recommendations on decision making.

2. Strategy Aligned Digitalization & AI Solutions:

  • Design and transforming digitalization & AI solutions that operationalize the company’s operating model and next 1–3 year business priorities; Ensure the company’s business review logic and decision framework embedded into the AI platform for insights generation automatically

3. Internal & External Data Governance & Reporting:

  • Establish data souring strategy and governance for internal data and external sources ensuring standards for master data management, data quality, privacy, and compliance; Generate multi-dimension reporting.

4. Cross-functional Partnership and Change Management

  • Co-create plans with Sales/Marketing/Medical/Compliance/HR/Finance BP; lead pilots and scale-up with clear milestones.
  • Drive change management, training, and field adoption; capture feedback for continuous improvement.

5. People Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing SFE team; set goals, coach, and manage performance and succession.
  • Success metrics: improvement in productivity and goal attainment; data quality and dashboard adoption; on-time delivery of key initiatives; zero compliance incidents.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred in Statistics, Data Science, Medical or related fields.

2. Experience: 8–12 years in SFE/Sales Operations/Commercial Analytics with 3–5 years of team leadership; healthcare/pharma experience and consulting experience preferred.

3. Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytics and business insight; ability to translate data into strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and story-telling ability
  • Strong cross-functional influence, stakeholder management, and program management; effective communication in complex, ambiguous settings.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, risk, and change management in a regulated environment.

4. Leadership: Track record of building teams, setting standards/methodologies, and driving adoption at scale.
