Major responsibilities
- Domestic cold-chain transportation management: Execute domestic cold-chain transport in accordance with GMP regulations and internal company procedures; monitor temperature and in-transit status end to end; promptly handle deviations and exceptions; maintain standardized archiving of transport-related documentation.
- Import management: Prepare and review import documentation; track customs clearance progress and implement subsequent regulatory actions; address exceptions and inspections during clearance; complete archiving of documentation.
- Export management: Prepare and review export documentation; handle inspection applications and related customs procedures; coordinate inspections and resolve in-transit issues; ensure biological products are delivered to the destination in compliance; complete archiving of documentation.
- Logistics expense reimbursement: Verify invoices, identify and correct unreasonable charges; compile and confirm totals, then submit reimbursement requests to ensure cost compliance and timely processing.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Education: Associate degree or above in logistics management, international trade, or supply chain management.
- Work experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in logistics/customs operations; experience in domestic cold-chain distribution and import/export of special items is preferred.
- General competencies: Customer service orientation and broad business awareness; strong communication skills and team collaboration; resilience under high pressure; able to accept overtime on weekdays/weekends; responsible, proactive, and capable of handling tasks patiently and meticulously.
- Professional competencies: Basic English reading and writing skills, able to communicate via email in English; familiar with relevant import/export laws and regulations; HS classification capability is a plus.
