Description Business Unit (BU):

The department “Whole Vehicle Physics & Energy Management” is responsible for the following properties of our Products, incl. Energy Management, NVH, Durability, Corrosion, ELV,etc. Our Task is to ensure that our products fulfil the property targets, through target setting, status tracking and validating with simulations and tests.

“整车物理性能/能量管理”部门负责车辆产品的能量管理、NVH、耐久、耐腐及ELV等性能。任务是通过目标制定，状态跟踪，仿真及测量验证来确保产品满足以上性能目标。

Summary Tasks/Responsibilities:

· To prepare test plan.准备试验计划

· To perform charging function tests execute，analyze and to synchronize related information in coordination within GE.执行充电功能测试、分析并与GE其他相关部门进行信息协调

· To set up working process and competence of charging function test.建立充电功能测试流程及能力

· To define test cases based on function description, charging standards and customer usage failures.能基于功能描述、充电标准及用户使用问题制定测试用例

· To define the necessary test equipment.能定义必要的测试设备

· Mark/ analyze charging function problems, rise KPM ticket.能分析充电功能故障并录入KPM系统

· To coordinate the creation, documentation, and presentation of ideas to improve charging functionality of our products already in production as well as for new projects.能针对在产及新项目协调起草、记录、展示充电功能改进方案

· To ensure the implementation and to continuously improve a process for charging function tests execute and analyze.能持续改进和实施充电功能测试及分析流程

任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生

Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.

2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。

2 years or more relevant working experience.

3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。

Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
