MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

1. Ensure the Audi purchasing strategy in dependency of the Project-Milestones along the Maturity-Management and industrialisation phase of new parts

2. Responsible for the Technical Supplier Management (Production Readiness) Metal to support all suppliers to achieve the technical points from the contract

3. Responsible for Documentation, Communication and Escalation internally and externally, as well as Representation in the various committees

Main Tasks :

1. Ensure the Audi purchasing strategy in dependency of the Project-Milestones along the Maturity-Management

a. Technical Classification of parts according to the Maturity Level Management Process

b. Qualification of Product and industrialization Process from Commitment till SOP

c. Grade Management QPNI and implementation of statute dates for component mature

d. Implementation of Commitments with the supplier and ensuring compliance

2. Responsible for the Technical Supplier Management (Production Readiness) Metal to support all suppliers to achieve the technical points from the contract

a. Ensure availability and practicability of purchasing parts metal for timing, quality, capacity, and resources

b. Tracking of all activities at the Tier1 and Tier2 suppliers in the fields of Toolmaking and Assembly-Lines

c. Responsibility for complex components from development to serial application

d. Detecting early process deviations and defining proactive actions with suppliers

e. Ensuring the implementation of the capacities

f. Responsible technical Plausibility of Tools, Assembly-Lines and Equipment Offers

g. Obtaining information about framework schedules, quantities, suppliers, scope of delivery and individual situations

h. Supply chains, solve special problems with the components

i. Steering the single components and welding groups and require the supplier to installation the necessary equipment and actions

j. Definition and assessment of measures to optimize welding groups and individual parts according to manufacturing processes

k. Analysis of supplier schedules in the phase of Development, tooling and manufacturing processes with regard to critical paths to it Plausibility check and optimization

l. Localization of weak points and analysis of all equipment and processes with the suppliers regarding defects

m. Definition and assessment of measures to optimize all resources and products

n. Responsibility for delivery of the components to the committed Milestones

3. Responsible for Documentation, Communication and Escalation internally and externally, as well as Representation in the various committees

a. Networking with relevant areas such as logistics, technical development, planning and quality department

b. Important role between the supplier and the internal interfaces

c. Monitoring project progress, with related documents and systems – Escalation along the escalation levels

d. Input and monitoring of the important Milestones in the relevant systems

e. Suppliers visits with documentation and reporting

f. Escalation up to the Top-Management if necessary

g. Representatives on several committees up to the Top-Management

任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生

Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.

2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。

2 years or more relevant working experience.

3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。

Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
