Assembly Shop of Changchun Plant 长春工厂总装车间

Assembly Shop of Changchun Plant is responsible for the demand-based, cost-effective management of the assembly process (human resources, equipment, materials, methods and environment) based on the goals determined in the Audi FAW and plant business plans. Within the framework of responsibility for controlling production costs, quality, planning and supply reliability, through continuous process improvement, training and promoting the multi-skilled rate of employees to ensure market competitiveness in the long term.

Tasks/ Responsibilities 工作内容简介

• Build a workshop system and formulate workshop management goals.

搭建车间体系，制定车间经营目标。

• Ensuring the achievement of the quality objectives of Conzern and the implementation of the VDA6.3 process quality requirements to reduce quality costs.

确保康采恩质量目标达成以及VDA6.3过程质量要求落实，降低质量成本。

• Improve production flexibility, production plan compliance and labor productivity.

提高生产柔性、生产计划符合率以及劳动生产率。

• Coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of product projects and new model launches to ensure the progress of new product projects on schedule.

协调和控制产品项目和新车型启动的准备和实施工作，保证新产品项目进度按期进行。

• Organize equipment maintenance and trouble shooting

组织进行设备维护保养，故障的处理工作。

• Develop workshop budget, formulate and implement corresponding measures to reduce production costs

制定车间预算，制定并实施相应措施降低生产成本。

• Responsible for workshop safety

负责车间安全工作。

• Plan the high-voltage safety system for new energy vehicles in the workshop

策划车间新能源车辆高压安全体系工作。

• Carry out workshop environmental management, reduce hazardous waste, save energy and reduce emissions

开展车间环境管理，降低危废，节约能源，减少排放。

• Oversee and facilitate continuous improvement efforts at the shop floor level, both technically and organizationally

监督并促进车间层面在技术和组织方面的持续改进工作。

• Responsible for the selection, evaluation and development of employees in the workshop

负责车间内部员工的选拔、评价和发展。

• Improve employee satisfaction and pay attention to employee dynamics

提升员工满意度，关注员工动态。

• Develop special project strategies and implementation plans

制定专项项目战略和实施方案。

Qualification / Requirements 任职资格要求

• You have successfully completed a full-time domestic or certificated international undergraduate degree or above.

国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。

• You have more than 5 years of production organization experience in assembly and more than 5 years of management work experience.

您拥有5年以上总装车间生产组织经验及5年以上人员管理工作经验。

• You have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, teamwork spirit, strong communication, coordination, organization and judgment skills and certain writing skills

您富有事业心、责任心，有较强的团队合作精神与沟通、协调、组织和判断能力。

• You have an integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations

您诚信合规，并以创造价值为工作导向。

• You have graduated from a domestic university with CET-4 425 or above; if you have graduated from overseas universities you must reach the same level; Good reading ability in English or German and ability to conduct daily conversation are required.

国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。
