Tasks:

1.Demand and requirement management:

Collecting of business demands from responsible partner in GQ

Consulting to define the requirement specifications and align them with Audi Business and IT

Definition of IT requirements in alignment with the Audi Group

Documentation of the requirement specifications within NEXT-IT model (e.g. IT-PEP)

Alignment of activities with relevant interfacing partners, e.g. AUDI AG, Volkswagen Group, FAW, VCIC, Audi China

2.Coordination of implementation of GQ systems

Planning, controlling and implementation of relevant goals (time, budget, technology, quality) based on NEXT-IT model (e.g. IT-PEP)

Regular status reporting to Audi Ingolstadt

Coordination of and steering of external suppliers and tracking them

Conducting IT security checks, respecting Group standards

Coordination of tests in alignment with Business areas (NEV, Audi Ingolstadt), go-live preparation

Alignment of activities with relevant interfacing partners, e.g. AUDI AG, Volkswagen Group, FAW, VCIC, Audi China

3.Setup of lifecycle management and support processes:

Preparation and documentation of lifecycle management processes

Implementation the art operations processes (ITIL)

Preparation of a tender for external lifecycle support

Conducting ordering process for external support

任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生

Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.

2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。

2 years or more relevant working experience.

3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。

Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
