Corporate/Environmental Protection/Real Estate department is responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of all infrastructures of Audi FAW, including but not limited to buildings, roads, greening, decoration, energy supply, etc. As a company-level environmental low-carbon and safety management department, it is also responsible for the implementation of Mission:Zero and other strategies to create a zero-carbon factory and establish a green and sustainable corporate image.

Tasks/Responsibilities 工作内容简介

• Responsible for the strategic development of site-specific environmental protection, corporate safety, occupational safety and real estate.

• Long-term preservation of real estate assets and technical building equipment.

• Ensuring the practicality and cost-effectiveness of buildings and facilities throughout their lifetime.

Qualification / Requirements 任职资格要求

• You have successfully completed a full-time domestic or certificated international undergraduate degree or above.

您拥有国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或为已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生

• You have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, teamwork spirit, strong communication, coordination, organization and judgment skills and certain writing skills.

您富有事业心、责任心，有较强的团队合作精神与沟通、协调、组织和判断能力

• You have an integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations.

您诚信合规，并以创造价值为工作导向

• You have graduated from a domestic university with CET-4 425 or above; if you have graduated from overseas universities you must reach the same level; Good reading ability in English or German and ability to conduct daily conversation are required.

您具备国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上能力水平；如您为海外高校毕业生，须达到同等水平，拥有较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话
