Description Business Unit部门简介

In the area of whole vehicle development the team of “Whole Vehicle Verification / Validation” is responsible for the virtual and physical verification/validation as well as vehicle testing and evaluation at the whole vehicle level from the definition phase to the industrialization phase, including approval of the overall vehicle maturity from the customer's point of view.

在整车开发部门,整车性能验证团队运用虚拟或实测的方法对整车性能进行测量及评估。该团队的工作内容覆盖从概念到批量生产的各个项目阶段,负责从客户角度对车辆性能的成熟度进行评价和放行。

Tasks/ Responsibilities 工作内容简介

· Leading the cars development requirements process and define specific customer relevant requirements 领导汽车开发需求流程,并定义特定的客户相关要求

· Responsible for a collision-free package within Digital Mock Up 负责数字模型中的无碰撞包

· Steering and Releasing the concept development content for all NEV Co. projects 指导和发布新能源汽车公司所有项目的概念开发内容

· Responsible for a consistent and complete product data enable the control of system-orientation product development across the entire product life cycle

· Leading competitor cars analysis and generate report and to synchronize competitor model information in coordination with GE, to define future NEV Co. cars requirements

· Team management. Concern the status of team members and provide constructive help when needed

· Responsible for team competence building, including headcounts planning, training strategy, planning of necessary equipment and software and knowledge management

· Planning, steering and reaching development goals (costs, deadlines, technical aspects, quality)

计划,指导及达成开发目标 (成本,期限,技术及质量)

· Review of budget and vehicle planning for all projects 审核车型项目预算及车辆需求

· Making decisions within the area of responsibility and delegation of tasks/decisions to qualified employees while retaining responsibility

在职责范围内明确决策,并适当将任务/决策权下放给合适的员工

· Ongoing development and improvement of workflows and processes持续改进开发工作流程

· Support for cross department and external collaboration支持跨部门和对外合作

· Represent the company towards external partners, such as government authorities, suppliers

代表公司面向外部合作伙伴,如政府机构、供应商

· Leading in technical problems and failures analysis and solution review

主导技术问题及故障分析,并审核解决措施

· Escalation within the framework of assigned tasks and area of responsibility

在工作职责框架内升级解决难点问题

· Constructive solution finding for working conflicts in team and with external partners

为组内和同外部合作伙伴间的工作冲突寻找建设性解决方案

任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历,或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生

Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.

2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。

2 years or more relevant working experience.

3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级(CET-4 425分)及以上;海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平;较好的英语或德语阅读能力,能够进行日常对话。

Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
