Key Objectives:

  • Responsible for the administrations of sales policies and sales programs. Ensure in-time and accurate financial reimbursement to dealers as well as clear status tracking of sales allowances.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Dealer CoR sales program payment related works including but not limited to calculate dealer support online and offline based on sales programs, program operation follow up, daily dealer payment enquiry handling. Coordinate and communicate with Controlling/SF/DD etc., ensure the compliance and accuracy of dealer reimbursement;
  • Responsible for support team to improve and optimize program implementation process according to the CoR sales program analysis result, keep on providing high quality content with new ideas. Proactive involved in new business optimization solution to improve the performance as well;
  • Monitor and review regional sales allowance, assure that all regional CoR programs are completed within allocated resourced budget parameters and well organize the finance payment and SAP input;
  • Responsible for accounting booking and payment process of vendor invoice with PO. Regularly check vendor quality report, hold discuss meeting when necessary;
  • Track the status of sales allowance utilization. Support for sales allowance forecast;
  • Key user of UCoR payment system, support new CR UAT and roll-out. Constantly support maintenance of business UCoR Payment function in related systems;
  • Deliver CoR payment training to internal/external regularly to enhance business understanding;
  • Team work backup and other miscellaneous and temporary work as request.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor (or above) in automobile, finance, IT or data analytic related majors;
  • Experiences in multinational companies, finance or analysis related work;
  • Background in automotive industry or controlling, finance preferred;
  • Excel and data processing skill;
  • Detail oriented and personality of proactive, reliable, self-motivated and warm hearted;
  • Communication skill and problem solving skill;
  • Well organized
