Key Objectives:

• Evaluating on potential IT topics from business and supporting business to get topics approved;
• Managing projects independently in Agile working model;
• Designing and building technical solutions with leading development technologies to build competitive IT development capability with coordinating related Biz and IT department;
• Architecture review to ensure a stable and flexible system setup and enable agile development;
• Managing all project phases from Project brief until project close down for projects and change requests;
• Budget planning and control on responsible project;
• Lead to ensure operation target is fulfilled from 1st level to 3rd level.

Major Responsibilities:

• As a project / product manager, communicate with business regarding business functional & Non-functional requirements to ensure completeness of business & system proposals with good quality, perform the necessary activities throughout the project / product lifecycle;
• As a solution manager, to deliver high quality designs and build in solution to ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure;
• Work As team bridge to keep positive cooperation attitude in the project, fulfill company policy, such as security policy, CSL and etc.;
• As a data analysis expert, strong data sensitivity, can extract core results from massive business data and operation data, rich experience in data analysis, mining, cleaning and modeling;
• Familiar with the business process, tech development trend and application. Know-how of introducing technology and conduct POC in CBS area;
• Support the process of conception and creation of new products and service if business requirements are not clear;
• Participate the proof-of-concept activities with biz and customers;
• Lead operation team to fulfil operation target from 1st level to 3rd level;
• Lead bidding process on new project, and steer external partners when new supplier on board in BBA;
• Support and follow up with company regulation, policies during project implementation.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience;
• Professional knowledge for integrated area like sales, aftersales etc. business knowledge in Training, NEV area will be a plus;
• Ability of software development, programming language like JAVA, Python and etc.;
• Rigorous logical thinking ability and strong practical ability, proficient in using R / Python / MATLAB related statistical mathematics software;
• Ability of data visualization tools usage, such as tableau;
• Ability of software development, programming language like JAVA, .NET, C# and etc.;
• Understand about the main framework or architecture such as MVC, Microservices, Sprint boot, Sprint cloud and etc.;
• Good understanding of Cloud solution implementation;
• Good understanding of IT project management methodology (Agile);
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, Good communication & presentation skills;
• Proficient English.
