Key Responsibilities
Performance Media Management
· Campaign Steering: Oversee the entire lifecycle of media campaigns, from creative asset development to backend conversion optimization, ensuring leads target meet objectives and KPIs.
· Regular exchange with region on agent performance for campaign follow up and conversion.
Copywriting & Content Creation
· Sales Offer Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for sales offers to capture and retain audience attention, driving engagement and conversion.
· Business Support for Sales Offers: Review and approve SMS copy and sales promotion materials, ensuring adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
Performance Advertising Materials
· Conceptualize, produce, and manage video and graphic assets that resonate with the target audience and support performance marketing goals.
· Performance Video Assets: Plan and oversee the creation of engaging video assets for advertising campaigns.
· Performance Graphic Assets: Develop graphic materials that effectively support marketing strategies and objectives.
Monitoring of cost effectiveness during production and campaign execution to adhere to budget principle, clear & precise budget planning and compliance management.
Other work assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or above.
· Familiar with market best practice content operation model and methodology.
· Strong content production capability, incl. short video, pic, text, etc.
· Strong insight into automotive consumer user behavior and purchase decision-making patterns.
· Solid understanding and knowledge of digitalization topic.
· Strong networking and business development skills.
· Content operation related working experience 1-3 Years.
· Auto or related working experience 1-3 Years.
· Developing and working with multiple, cross-industry partners 4-6 Years.
· Key contributor role in mid to large user/service operation projects 4-6 Years.
· Previous experience using web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement 4-6 Years.
