Tasks

Responsible for test cases automation for all Test Benches.

Responsible for test environment setup and maintenance.

Responsible for test data analysis and test cases troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide test tools solution for test cases development and test bench set up to realize test bench automation.

Research on testing technology and test results analysis, Test cases failure troubleshooting

Design automated test strategies based on BMW platform

RBS development for the whole department

Maintenance of test bench configuration and results synchronization

Responsible of tool chains upgrade and maintenance, including test tools budget planning and purchasing

Communicate with internal team and Germany counterpart, lead and manage external partner

Qualifications

Master degree in Engineering or comparable skill level.

Languages skills: Chinese and English business fluent, German appreciated

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, strong skills on hardware and software development

Strong analytical skills, process thinking and project management mindset

Self-motivated, persistent, fast learner and innovative

Strong ability to troubleshooting failure cases, analysis cases failures with good methodology

Good knowledge of Powertrain testing and charging GB standards

Team player, good communication skills, outstanding leadership
