Major Responsibilities:

Work with IT teams and business team to identify functional requirements and non-functional requirements.

Translate the requirements into product backlogs.

Evaluate the business realizability and output draft solution.

Responsible for solution analysis, and work with other IT teams, service provider and business to propose a solution that is acceptable by all parties.

Responsible for system workflow chart, porotypes output.

Organize and responsible for requirements assessment, and participate test case review to ensure that all business scenarios are covered.

Output requirements related documents.

Knowledge / Skills /Competences:

1. More than 5 years working experience in warehouse and transportation relate area
2. Work with Product Owner to understand requirements and ensure good documentation according to documentation requirement
3. Have the ability to organize exploration and create qualified exploration concept (including overall business process analysis and business blueprint creation and business object design )
4. Write qualified user story based on business clarification and exploration including functional user story as well as non-functional requirements
5.  Ensure backlog is prioritized while taking technical and business dependencies into consideration
6. Solution proposal design and prototype design, Solution/technical feasibility check
7. Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clear and the team is ready to execute
8.  Write I-test case and review UAT test case
9.   Demo stories to stakeholders and gather feedback
10.  Troubleshoot issues as they arise in various production and non-production environments
11.  Drive process improvements through constant, iterative review of our business process architecture's stability and scalability, developing lean workflows with high quality output, ensuring solutions meet current and future business objectives
12.  Use industry standard methodologies to conduct root cause analsis formulating cogent problem statements, process assessment, modeling, and plan for improvement
13. Regular contact of scrum team, PM, Business shareholder, Dev lead and counterparts in Headquarters and region colleagues Strong technical aptitude (learns new processes and systems quickly) and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve complex problems
14.  Outstanding problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to find the correct solution for complex business problems
15.  Professional and proactive communication with clear logic and structure
16.  Understand agile software development process, Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence) Fluent in both spoken and written English
