This function is responsible for providing HR professional support and consultancy to line department for their business development and people management, as well as the implementation of recruitment process to fulfill the recruitment needs in the most effective and efficient way within the set time line in assigned area. Support Lead HR Management for HRBP topics in CIH.


Major Responsibility:

  • Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR Service to the given functions in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements
  • Ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely and make sure it is well understood and implemented in business area
  • Handle staffing issues, e.g. involving interviews, job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc.
  • Support on people development programs e.g. PDD, succession plan, year end portfolio management etc.
  • Administrate corporate performance management activity to ensure the quality and efficiency
  • Propose key staffing decisions. Identify suitable talent from all over the company and to facilitate internal recruitment as well as people development
  • Support business managers and employees in finding solutions for dept. specific and individual HR issues
  • Ensure compliance with HR policy and legislation
  • Responsible for defining the recruitment plan based on the allocated positions and align recruitment strategy and job requirements with hiring managers
  • Implement recruiting activities in terms of candidate selection, assessment, conducting interview and offer process
  • Continuously drive the recruitment process improvement for optimization
  • Support Lead HR Management on implementation of corporate programs in respective business units, steer the talent attraction, development, retention topics, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years' HR experience in MNC company with expertise in recruitment, talent management or other HR module etc.
  • High level of consultancy, presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task
  • High sense of confidentiality & responsibility with mature personality
  • Service-oriented, team player, attention to details
  • Sound analytical and judgmental ability
  • Good Knowledge of labor or employment law
  • Minimum of three years recruitment experience in an international company.
