  • This position is key function to steer annual / quarter training planning, implement session scheduling and training car management to ensure whole training organization and training delivery smoothly.
  • To realize annual training target achieved through cross-function cooperation, efficient training resources coordination, on-time training session and car scheduling, close training operation performance monitoring and sustainable business improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Training Planning Steering and Training Session Scheduling Management: - Steer department level annual / quarter training and coaching planning on training resources preparation and system operation to support annual training target achieved. - Organize biz team to build up business relationship for training basic data, including course, trainer, training room and vehicle for training planning implementation, and implement regular check to ensure related information accuracy. - Implement annual and quarter training session scheduling with biz support and keep monitoring on training registration status and coordinate biz team to deal with diversified challenging to ensure on-time and flexible training scheduling. - Set up communication platform among biz team on information sharing and problem-solving on training planning and scheduling issues. - Regular monitor training delivery status, compared with training plan to summarize the findings and provide the suggestion to improve working process and system function
  • Training Vehicle Management: - Steer annual training car quota planning and resources coordination among different biz team on both launch car and regular training car. Implement daily training car quota monitoring and resources allocation and reporting. - Training car operation budget planning and monitoring. Plan training car transportation, repair, temporary import-export and T-car BCS support budget during yearly budget phases and monitor the actual use status. - Implement regular training car life-cycle operation management and system operation, which including new car allocation, TC/TB cars transportation, car return management, car damages and insurance handling etc. Monitor all training car transportation and daily use status to ensure training delivery smoothly. - Coordinate training launch car resources and implement event transportation arrangement, which includes yearly new launch model's planning, product launch training vehicle transportation and allocation after event
  • Training Operation Reporting and Business Analysis- Monitor training operation performance and delivery regular reporting and dashboard for better business review and improving, including training registration status, training car utilization, transportation analysis etc.- Manage the whole training operation processes and performance enhancement, including working process optimizing, online offline training, business analysis and action follow-up
  • Other task assigned by line manager


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Knowledge on auto industry background
  • Planning and project management skill
  • Excellent ability of logical thinking
  • Proficient in MS software
  • Proficient English
  • Easily and quickly accept the new knowledge, and willing to learn the new things
  • Positive attitude to work under the high pressure
  • Communication and cooperation skill
  • Experience for planning, budget, and operation administration 1-3 Years
  • Project Management and Steering 1-3 Years
  • Business Analysis experience will be a plus 1-3 Years
