Responsibilities:

• The role should be capable to independently design and deliver qualified solution to fulfill biz requirements on MES systems. Deeply understand the agile methodology and could guide counterparts and teammates to archive the common targets.
• Responsible for Shop floor system product development, operation and continuous improvement towards all relevant internal functions and roles at BMW and external partners
• Responsible for the complete life cycle of the product, including but not limited to design, development, testing, deployment, operation and maintenance and optimization.
• Plan, build & deliver necessary technical solution on shop floor system products by Agile Working Model, ITPM, and improve technical solution continuously
• Plan product maintenance from technical solution side, and implement the improvement on existing solution on time.
• Work as technical expert for shop floor systems and be capable for technical architecture design and implementation if necessary.
• In addition, cooperate with BMW AG, external suppliers as well as business partner to fulfill the requirements of KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of MES solution design, development and management experience
• OS development and management experience
• Shell script, C/C++, JAVA, Python, HTML5 or other relevant programming language
• Oracle Database and SQL
• Experience in PLC development or management.
