Major Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate strategically with tech giants, universities, and startups to identify and address targeted innovations to stay ahead of the innovation curve and also extend our core competencies through focused partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions, including AI, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support innovation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of innovation professionals to drive innovation and experimentation.
• Communicate innovation strategies and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders, driving alignment and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Management Science, Math, Information Management, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Competence to lead innovation team and identify measures for new technology developer.
• Competence to address further development needs in regard to the innovation technology towards t relevant departments.
• Competence to evaluate and assess the ever-evolving technology landscape in China, identify opportunities.
