主要职责:
-电子电气验证工程师通过积累专业的分析方法和分析工具,对整车电子电气功能进行测试及分析,借鉴过往项目经验对产品及过程风险进行识别及评估。
-了解学习车辆电气系统的最新功能,积累汽车总线通信+网关、电源管理、诊断功能(基本通信)、编码和编程的分析专业知识。
-了解车辆的客户功能(必要时进行专业化认证),了解信息娱乐系统、车身和安全电子设备、电源管理、诊断功能(与客户功能相关)、编码、编程等相关的部件和客户功能之间的相互作用。
-规划闭路电流+电源管理以及诊断(基础、编程)功能(包括工具定义)的测试方法。
-定义缺陷分析的方法,测试系统+工具使用。规划系统功能测试;支持测试/检查计划的实施。
-进行车辆集中测试和常规验证测试。记录测试结果。识别产品和流程风险。
-分析缺陷,在汇报线中形成分析报告。
-对量产相关的硬件件和I-STEP软件的电子电气要求进行开发与沟通。
-记录潜在的改进,作为产品和过程的需求管理程序的一部分。

教育背景:硕士在读,电子工程或自动化相关专业毕业,有良好的理论背景知识或实践经验
Major Responsibilities:
-The E/E Validation builds up analysis expertise for tools and methods, conducts tests, evaluates experience from previous projects in the form of lesson learned and identifies product and process risks.
-Learn the system new functions of the vehicle’s electrical system to build up analysis expertise for BUS communication + gateway, power management, diagnostic functions (basic communication), encoding and programming.
-Learn the customer functions of the vehicles (specialization if necessary) also in the interplay between components and customer functions relating to infotainment, body and safety electronics, power management, diagnostic functions (relating to customer functions), encoding , programming, etc.
-Draft test methods for functions (including tool definition) for closed-circuit current + power management as well as diagnostics (basics, programming).
-Definition of methods for error analysis test system + use of tools. Planning system function tests; support for the implementation of the test/check plan.
-Conduct FIT and ATG tests.
-Document test results.
-Identify product and process risks. Analyze errors, initial reports in error reporting line and FBP.
-Develop/Communicate E/E requirements of components and I series.
-Support for the integration of the components / I stages in production.
-Document potential improvements and documentation as part of the requirement management procedure for product and process.
Qualification:
-Knowledge about Electrics/Electronics.
-Knowledge of Quality methods.
-Knowledge about the Vehicle technology/Electronic.
-Knowledge about Assembly technology.
-E/E knowledge in SW and HW.
-Skills with driving.
-Analytic thinking.
Language: Proficient English, German would be an advantage
Education: University master degree / graduated in electronic engineering with very good theoretical background or practical qualification.
