Tasks

Responsible for HR IT System administration and IT requirements specification and solution quality assurance

Provide efficient supporting on HR IT system and businesses from technical and process side

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of HR shared service center projects and serves as liaison between project team and management

Review status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports

Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet business needs and client-satisfaction goals and objections

Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with staff


Key Responsibilities

Lead or support cross-functional project teams in scope definition, process analysis, problem solving, recommendations and overall project execution

Analyze and interpret actual needs for the business including scope

Work internally to conduct business cases and resourcing structures

Manage all areas of the project as it relates to business including: resourcing, deliverables, and timeline management both internally and externally as needed

Partner with internal Program team to ensure that the project meets the goals of the organization strategically

Handle overall project and program analysis in reporting to internal Stakeholders

Consulting business key users on not only business requirement specification, analysis and consolidation as business power key user; but also IT solution assessment, testing and training

Taking responsibility for all HR workflows implementation and change on corporate IT platform (SharePoint, e-Application, e-Claim), sync. and automation with SAP HR system

Support and follow up with IT Audit for HR scope and secure HR data privacy

Coordination between IT and business, answer inquiry and delivery solution from both HR and IT side

HR regular reporting generation and delivery and other duties and responsibilities assigned


 


Qualifications      

University degree /degree in Business Administration (BA) with IT major

Strong communication skill, dealing well with difficult situations or even conflicts surrounding

Profound experience in project management, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines

IT working experience on SAP HCM

Professional sense and awareness of system problem identifying

Intercultural communication and cooperation, strong presentation skill

Strong proficiency in MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proficient English ability in writing and speaking

Experience in consulting, requirement evaluation and specification documenting, 4-6 Years

Background within an international company, 4-6 Years

Working experience in HR business areas, 1-3 Years

Experience in IT system maintenance and support, 1-3 Years

Experience with HR systems required, SAP HCM is preferred, 1-3 Years
