Acting on behalf of MINI China, taking overall leading responsibilities for MINI agent management in area level. To be the main interface between MINI and responsible agents.


What awaits you

-Responsible for all aspects of MINI agent performance under assigned geographical areas.

-Take overall leading responsibilities for MINI customer and user operation improvement under assigned geographical areas.

-Delivering the maximum agent performance and profitability in sales, parts and service by: Prepare, agree and achieve annual agent business plan with agreed actions; Customer end-to-end process and seamless Omni-channel experience improvement; New car sales performance and new car sales quantitative and qualitative target achievement; Agent profitability in sales related part; Monitor agents operating standards like stock management, financial situation, agent personnel management

-Steer and monitor agents marketing and customer community operation through developing and implementing tactical sales activities, agent marketing and customer loyalty activity based on the local market change.

-Ensuring compliance with NSC operating standards in Sales, Parts, Service, Marketing, CI & Facilities, Training, Personnel and agent Systems

-Advice and coach the agents in managerial and corporate matters.

-Responsible for agents’ manpower development in sales and marketing related functions, e.g. certification target, retention, assessment.

-Agent / shareholder risk monitoring.

-Co-ordinates the use of all specialists from NSC and/or from the regional technical Aftersales divisions and is responsible for planning, achievement and supervision of measures to secure market.

-Promotion of MINI Financial services as an enabling tool for volume and profit growth.


Qualifications and experience

- Diploma in Business Administration of an University or University of applied Sciences, MBA or equivalent education

-Robust expertise in the following areas:

• Sales plan setting and follow up

• Customer and user operation

• Marketing knowledge • Budget management

• Coaching and leading team skills

• Negotiation Skill

• awareness of legal and social issues

• ability to work with high-income customers setting stringent demands

-Able to work in an international working environment

-Good inter-personal skills

-Strong Analytical, conceptual capabilities

-Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills

-Logical thinker and creative problem solver

-Extensive knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment

-Experience in agent retail operations.

-Extreme attention to detail

-Highly motivated, self starter

-Area Sales and Marketing experience in automotive industry. agent overall quality management / improvement is preferred. -

-Extensive experience in understanding the agent business operation, retail environment, customer and user operation.

-Proven effectiveness in leading /coaching teams.
