BMW Financial Service now is looking for a Senior Specialist Collection, this role is responsible for collect over due payments from delinquent customers by appropriate & compliant measures to ensure the overall delinquency ratio of the portfolio within targets.

What awaits you?

-You will conduct daily collection activities through dialer, CIC and company cell phone to collect outstanding amounts up to 60 days past due（depending on Collection strategy), ensuring all the actions are recorded fully and accurately.

-You will conduct lost contact investigations. Ensure all actions are clearly and accurately documented in compliant and regulatory way.

-You will identify and process accounts which are required special handling (such as fraud, unusual customer service issues, repossession etc.), determine which accounts should be outsourced earlier or later than standard time.

-You will handle incoming collection calls in response to messages left by IVR, SMS or collection staff or direct inbound and transfer calls to department.

-You will provide business & data analysis to support business and project, suggest new / modifications to existing collection procedures, participate in system enhancement and testing as assigned.

-Experience sharing with new hire & existing team members.

-You will carry out other business-related ad hoc assignments as required by collection managers.

Qualifications and experience.

- Bachelor degree / Major: Economics, Finance, English, Business or Law related.

- At least 2 years working experience, preferably in AFC, Bank, Collection Agency.

- Up-to-date knowledge in Retail Banking and Collection with understanding of relevant regulations.

- Good interpersonal & problem solving skills.

- Self management & organizational skills.

- Good at Excel & Word.

- Proficiency in reading and writing in English .
