The post holder is required to enable the initiative to set up & maintain a systematical project management model in early phase for all vehicle projects in BCS, to steer/lead the overall M activities in the concept phase/ supplier selection/early industrialization phase, in order for a solid foundation of industrialization and overarchiving picture of entire vehicle project management.

Major Responsibilities：

• lead the project in early phase with clear project frame premise, defined target and aligned timing plan, incl. localization concept; target agreement; nomination strategy, ect..
• Supervision of vehicle project targets and if necessary escalate deviations to the Project and / or KIFA. Responsible for the representation of QMT interests in cross-functional decision-making circles.
• Lead the interface/ to identify the preventive measures in early phase, incl. risk matrix, PT teams, workshops with Technology cluster
• Lead to work out the capacity management scope, processes, solutions in BCS, which is aligned with all counter partners
• Set up the network with MO-Lx and exchange the project information bilaterally
• Lead to organize the project events as LSG, Kick off, supplier event in early phase

Qualifications：

• Education / Degree: Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent of Engineering/project management. Professional qualifications(e.g Certifed Auditor / Certified Internal Auditor) are advantages.
• Intense experience in purchasing or quality methods and processes.
• Rich experience in project management, with sufficient knowledge of vehicle development processes
• Strong communication skill, to coordinate the multiple stakeholders
• Founded and business fluent knowledge in English language, additional knowledge in German language is a benefit.
• Intercultural competence, successful acting in intercultural teams.
• Exposure to automotive industry

Experience:

• Experience in the steering function or project management work in an OEM or at suppliers with leading responsibility.
• Experience in a supply chain (purchasing /QMP) field at automotive OEM or supplier or consulting company in the phase before SOP and series production.
