-Key interface with internal/external business partners to implement dealer quality and customer satisfaction related projects rollout.

-Global customer satisfaction benchmark study & CQC (AG Customer Quality Committee) CN market key interface & coordination.

-Overall responsible for Customer Board CN market implementation, including topic, content, organization, minutes, follow-up & reporting, 10 times per year.

-Customer Board digital platform optimization, data upload, region coordination etc.

-Joy Index steering & management reporting & AG coordination.

-Joy Index Online project overall responsible.

-iGPM Customer Experience module

-Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and experience

-Bachelor or above degree in Business Management or Economics

-Excellent project management skills and experience

-Good knowledge of new dealership implementation or relevant project management experience

- Analytical with good planning and organizing skills

-Excellent working performance record

-Experience of premium brand management

-Target oriented and persistent personality

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Local Chinese with fluent English is a must and German is an advantage

- Strong team-work spirit

-3-5 years working experience preferably in the automotive industry.

-Experience in consultancy firms (auto sector) is also acceptable

-The candidate is expected to have customer satisfaction relevant work experience.
