What awaits you?

• Provide technical support for the incoming dealer requests utilizing the available processes, systems, tools and competencies within the team.
• Responsible for high quality recommendations of dealer requests under consideration of meeting agreed targets and within the defined service standard.
• Effectively lead a group of technical service senior engineers/engineers and specialists with the assurance of implementation of the team members defined responsibilities.
• Making independent decisions for escalation and reporting process for relevant quality topics under the defined process and service standard.
• Alignment with relevant stakeholders and ensure the delivery of needed information (R&D, Production Plants, Quality Management, C5-CN, BBA & relevant internal counterparts)
• Responsible to support warranty, CCM, PR, Legal or other teams for technical clarification and follow up.
• Summarize, report and present the topics related to the scope of responsibility.
• Develop, motivate and coach appropriate staff so that future demands on the department are met and the resources of the department are used to maximum effect.
• Creation of team KPI, Monitoring and measure implementation to secure time and quality.
• Evaluates and coordinate needed trainings for his team members in the aim to improve competencies as required.
• Carry out assigned tasked related to the scope of responsibilities and the defined vehicle modules in accordance with company's policies.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor or above with engineering background.
• Detailed knowledge of all processes of BMW engineering, as well as their link to crossover functions
• BMW technical knowledge technology
• Good knowledge of PC Software in MS- and BMW applications.
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate
• Personal management & Leadership skills
• Project management
• Data Analytical skill
