This function is responsible for operating the lease business, Short Term Rental and Corporate Rental with focus on the area of Guangzhou.

This includes: Vehicle purchase, Delivery, Vehicle care, Return, Remarkting, Title transfer, Registration, DMV related tasks and Insurance Refund.

Further the function takes care of the management of the branch, esp. regarding the facility.

If necessary tasks of Customer and Contract Mgt, Mobility (Rental) as well as project tasks can be assigned.

-Responsible for local branch vehicle management.

-Responsible for monitoring area rental vehicle operation management work in strict accordance with the company standards (such as license to use, the GPS installation, mortgage registration, etc.).

-Responsible for monitoring of contract related information in the area of filing work.

-Cooperate with the S-2 head office to complete CCM Service or Mobility (Rental Business) related work.

-Responsible for operating lease business local supplier management.

-Responsible for establish and maintain good relationship with local government departments, and ensure the compliance ground operations and policies.

-Cooperate with Finance, Risk and Compliance department.
