The role requires a proactive approach to research developments and trends in the area of systems and back-end integration, particularly Salesforce, digital data strategy and content recommendation trends and industry disruptions to transfer the essential components into our vision and implement required processes accordingly. The ultimate goal is the implementation and forstering of a distinctive, class-leading, top-performing commercial brand and business platform to own the Luxury Ecosystem in future supported by a fully automatic customer & prospect data integration.

What awaits you

· This position is an agile product ownership experience (Scrum/Kanban) working directly with other product owners, Salesforce developers, Client Contact Team, and further external/internal partners

· Define concrete, high quality, simple yet reliable product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision

· Identify, define & implement structured, streamlined, simple processes for data integration Whispers to/from Salesforce in accordance to business objectives

· Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories, manage and drive product requirements prioritization and effort scoping (JIRA), define minimal viable products (MVPs)

· Lead the development of the customer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

· Take responsibility and ensure that the Whispers back-end and Salesforce developers work together

· Manage and deliver processes for Data integration Whispers to/from Salesforce in an agile manner

· Steer and drive towards integration of an holistic view of Customer and Prospect Data Whispers-Salesforce together with executives and other product management team members

· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals

· Satisfy legal and compliance requirements in any relevant aspect and future changes need to be anticipated

Qualifications and experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field

- 3+ years of professional experience with 1+ year of experience in Data Analytics / Platform Development -Proficient in English. German desired.

- Broad technical understanding including familiarity with mobile and/or web and back-end APIs or cloud


- Familiar with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)

- Experienced in working in cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines as a product owner

- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
