Project Manager, Innovation Programs

What You’ll Do
-Manage and execute complex, cross-regional innovation programs and projects focused on advanced materials and electronics solutions.
-Manage customer orientated engineering service projects
-Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with Heraeus’ global business and innovation strategies, including financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, and risk analysis with mitigation plans.
-Identify potential key gaps in project execution or technology development and provide alternative solutions to meet business targets.
-Drive business case development and value proposition management, preparing and presenting projects for gate reviews with senior stakeholders.
-Manage project budgets and KPIs, ensuring proactive and regular communication on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
-Take the lead in resolving problems and conflicts during project management, fostering collaboration across teams.
-Drive regional projects and business initiatives to promote best practice exchange and continuous improvement within Heraeus Electronics.
What Makes You a Good Fit
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, material science and engineering or a related field is preferred (MBA is a plus).
-Minimum of five (5) years of relevant project management experience, ideally in the electronics, materials science, or related industries.
-PMP certificated
-Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for cross-regional collaboration).
-Strong project management skills and technical knowledge, with experience in technology or product development projects.
-Collaborative and positive teamwork skills with a strong ability to work across diverse, global teams.
-A positive “can-do” mindset, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-An entrepreneurial, persistent, and results-oriented approach to achieving business goals.
