Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Business planning & Objectives:
· Ecommerce operational strategy development and implementation, ensuring alignment
with the company's business objectives.
· Establish and breakdown yearly/monthly/weekly sales forecast. Track and analyze store performance to ensure the achievement.
Store operation management:
· Daily operation management: Leverage business monitoring and tracking with excellent operation and able to drive maximize business opportunity.
· Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust and optimize the operational plan to enhance performance.
· TP operation management.
Customer experience & User Journey: Monitor website performance metrics (e.g., loading speed, bounce rate…) for improving the user interface design and shopping process to optimize the online customer experience, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data analysis: Analyze and interpret data to evaluate store operation effectiveness, identify challenges and opportunities, continuously adjust operational strategies and make decisions based on the data to enhance performance.
Cross Function Collaborations: Collaborate closely with internal different stakeholders, maintain effective communication and achieve goals.
