Wechat Store Operation Manager

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Business planning & Objectives:

· Ecommerce operational strategy development and implementation, ensuring alignment

with the company's business objectives.

· Establish and breakdown yearly/monthly/weekly sales forecast. Track and analyze store performance to ensure the achievement.

Store operation management:

· Daily operation management: Leverage business monitoring and tracking with excellent operation and able to drive maximize business opportunity.

· Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust and optimize the operational plan to enhance performance.

· TP operation management.

Customer experience & User Journey: Monitor website performance metrics (e.g., loading speed, bounce rate…) for improving the user interface design and shopping process to optimize the online customer experience, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Data analysis: Analyze and interpret data to evaluate store operation effectiveness, identify challenges and opportunities, continuously adjust operational strategies and make decisions based on the data to enhance performance.

Cross Function Collaborations: Collaborate closely with internal different stakeholders, maintain effective communication and achieve goals.


Skills / Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of both digital and business aspects.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data and business-driven mindset, with the ability to formulate strategies, identify needs, and acquire necessary resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in luxury fashion and/or beauty brands is preferred.
  • Platform Experience: Must have experience running a marketplace store (such as Tmall or JD). Experience in running a mini program store (e.g., WeChat) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Quick learner, highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player.
