Performance Analytics Head needs to lead data & analytics transformation of CHC China to support our growth ambition, will be accountable for all data sources centralization governance & their analysis/utilization to enable growth and efficiency, transform business requests into data infrastructure set-up & analytical framework to output insights, building external data partnership with core platform and enhance CHC consumer and data capability via inhouse capability as well as external agencies to fulfill China ambition. He will also extend into central S&OP and SFE governance with better data enabling. Performance Analytics Head works closely with the General Manager and Leadership team to deliver strategic intelligence and lead cross-functional data/digital projects to drive operational excellence.

  • S&OP Governance Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Design and Evolve China Data & Analytics Transformation Roadmap, Translate business ambition into Data requests and analytics framework, Set up user case by stage to execute in an agile way.
  • Design and implement data foundation, processing and automated BI dashboards, and other user interface.
  • Build one set of truth of central data governance, better enabling visibility and data-enabling decision, to manage business performance reporting and analysis to offer insights for growth and efficiency uplift.
  • Build digital partnership with core platform and run consumer data operation, including but not limited to, consumer database, precise targeting, consumer assets operation, contents CRM, etc.
  • Design inhouse capability on data/analytics and manage external data/digital agencies (SOW and results delivery) to fulfill business growth roadmap
  • Be key co-lead to build CHC China Ecommerce and Digital Capability Lighthouse, Lead digital transformation to enable data-driven operations
  • Central manage S&OP design, landing and governance for CHC, to make our FMCH model with a good process guidence.
  • Central manage SFE for sales incentive goal setting and caculation process.

About You:

Language skills:

  • English (fluent)
  • Chinese

Education:

  • MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience & knowledge:

  • +8 years of experience in consumer industry (business analytics, consulting or equivalent)
  • Data/Digital relevant experience is a must, familiar with EC operation, and partnership with Ali/JD/DY or DTC operation will be a plus
  • High understanding of data management, able to translate business request into solution
  • Business analytical skill acumen
  • Experienced in consumer data operation
  • Experienced in senior stakeholder management
