Performance Analytics Head needs to lead data & analytics transformation of CHC China to support our growth ambition, will be accountable for all data sources centralization governance & their analysis/utilization to enable growth and efficiency, transform business requests into data infrastructure set-up & analytical framework to output insights, building external data partnership with core platform and enhance CHC consumer and data capability via inhouse capability as well as external agencies to fulfill China ambition. He will also extend into central S&OP and SFE governance with better data enabling. Performance Analytics Head works closely with the General Manager and Leadership team to deliver strategic intelligence and lead cross-functional data/digital projects to drive operational excellence.

About the Job

  • Mainly manage Alibaba&Tiktok group business for Sanofi CHC brands in China.
  • Take ownership for customer performance and key contribution to total China EC business.Lead relative project that could enhance commercial GTM efficiency.
  • Facilitate development of key national contracts to enable a 'game-changer' with key customers.
  • Acquires an understanding of local market and use this knowledge to accelerate the performance Commercial Executions
  • Develop Joint Business Plan (JBP) for Alibaba&Tiktok Group, monitor and drive the performance via Joint Business Plans with core customers.
  • Presents the business strategy, ambitions, clear targets & priorities of Alibaba&Tiktok Group
  • Develop business relationship with emerging EC customers like some new retail channels such as LittleRedbook, etc.
  • Design and execute the commercial plan to unleash growth in core customers.
  • Manage EC sales operation via Alibaba&Tiktok distributors or TP.
  • Close monitor the inventory of distributors of Alibaba&Tiktok Group and optimize the accuracy of forecast with supply chain.
  • Develop a fully integrated plan working with Brand Marketing team and execute brand plans in these strategic customers.
  • Work hand in hand with digital marketing to create 360-degree consumer engagement campaigns
  • Online trade marketing excellence to create outstanding brand connections online.
  • Data mining with access to customer data to find business opportunities and adapt business plan accordingly.
  • Arrange and lead regular business reviews and manage the relevant commercial relationships.
  • Timely review with Finance controlling for P&L and adjust business accordingly.
  • Implement fast any relevant global best practice and add any relevant China practices.

About You:

  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid experience of online key account management, experience on JD account management will be preferred.
  • High influencer and ability to prioritize effectively / excellent business acumen & understanding
  •  High level in organizing with strong business planning.
  • Self-motivated with drive, passion and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
  • Outgoing and open-minded.

  • Fast learner and committed to excellence
  • University / College degree
  • Good understanding of e-commerce landscape in China

Language skills:

  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking

Education:

  • University / College degree or above

Experience & knowledge:

  • Prefer more than 8 years Solid experience of online key account management
