SUMMARY OF PURPOSE/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help Sanofi China to develop a deep understanding on China vaccine market, including but not limited to market size and future trends, key MNC and local players and government policies

帮助公司深入了解中国疫苗市场,包括中国市场格局和未来趋势,主要跨国公司和本土企业战略布局及政府政策法规

  • Be responsible for coordinating activities and leading long range planning exercise for SV products

负责协调并主导赛诺菲疫苗产品策划长期计划

  • Work closely with global and China local teams to evaluate global new product pipeline/technology and identify high priority projects for China

与总部与中国跨部门跨部门团队合作寻找及评估内部新产品和新技术帮助Sanofi中国加快引进内部新产品及外部合作机会

  • Develop revenue forecasts and NPV model to prioritize internal and external product portfolio。

预测销售,建立模型来评估内外部项目优先顺序

  • Maintain & update market and category intelligence database and provide regular summary reports to support the identification of business needs, opportunities, market attractiveness, and consumer trends, etc.

Portfolio Assessment and Strategy: 30%

Build strong knowledge bases on China and Global markets which includes government and regulatory policies

Collect information on key MNC and local players regarding their product portfolio and key strategy and new initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and identify SP global Nv pipeline, new technology, new area and BD products for China, responsible for business case development including potential evaluation, strategy, sales forecast, P&L analysis to provide a full business proposal for management team, facilitate the alignment and endorsement of cross-functional team global wise and local wise SP 全球Nv产品管线,新技术,新领域及全球BD等机会并制定商业案例,包括潜力评估、策略、销售预测、损益分析,为管理团队提供完整的商业计划书,并协助获得总部和中国跨部门支持

Work closely with the China BD function to support potential China in-licensing and partnership deals

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strategic thinker who can quickly understand the China vaccine market and its driving forces

能在战略层面上了解中国疫苗市场及市场驱动力

  • At least 8 years working experiences in healthcare industry, preferred in Marketing or Management Consulting. Consulting background is preferred

至少8年以上的健康领域市场部或战略咨询工作经验. 有咨询工作经验的优先

  • Able to travel frequently based on business requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to deliver reports, to make public presentations and to deal eloquently with opinion leaders, the sales force and Management Team;

  • Good knowledge of computer software

良好的计算机软件知识

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
