Main responsibilities:

Strategic Management

Understand market potential, suggest product portfolio development and regional market growth.
Establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals and vision for the region.
Collect and utilize customer insights, develop and continuously update business plans.
Maintain strategic customer relationships and advance customer decision-making processes

Lead and build the regional sales team

Manage and develop the sales team by designing training programs and using relevant tools within the team, such as core competency systems, performance evaluations, career development, coaching, etc.
Guide the team in executing customer-aligned and participatory business plans.
Manage, track, and deliver business objectives.
Provide recommendations on organizational structure and hierarchy within the region.

Sales Operations Management

Establish regional performance targets and sales market policies, develop action plans and communicate them with regional sales employees.
Ensure the management of sales information systems, such as ETMS, customer profiles, etc.
Collaborate with cross-disease area sales teams for mutual success.

Access Management

Have a complete understanding of the value of products to different stakeholders.
Have a complete understanding of the sales channels/medical expense environment in the region and continuously seek the best product access path.
Promote and maintain access to Sanofi products.

Communication

Establish good relationships, inspire, and motivate communication recipients with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand company strategy, lead and embrace change, and improve team performance and business models through communication.

About you

What you should have?

Bachelor's degree or above in related fields
At least 6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
At least 1 year of experience in managing a sales team in a regional area
Knowledge of the industry and product knowledge
