JOB PURPOSE:

This is a position with high visibility and exposure to senior management in Greater China. The candidate will drive key initiatives linking to the top priorities for the success of Sanofi, support strategic decision making of Greater China President Office and coordinate widely across the organization on management initiatives. This position is also considered as an incubator of potential talent for various BU/function roles with proven performance and demonstrated experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead Key Internal Growth Project

  • Observe, reflect, create and independently drive execuction of short-term initiatives related to key priorities of Sanofi Greater China, e.g., new growth opportunities, way of working, talent etc.
  • Lead cross BU/functional task force to drive key internal projects with high complexity under supervision of Chief of Staff. Establish project governance, ensure clear alignment on the goal across the board and follow through execution via effective communication within taskforce and to senior leadership

Orchestrate business report via analytics and intelligence

  • Work closely with cross-functions to develop concrete business analysis as needed on market dynamics, performance and competitive intelligence, etc.
  • Support senior leadership level business reports preparation to facilitate key management decision makings

Glo-cal communication

  • Support Chief of Staff in Glo-cal communication with senior leadership, to ensure effective glo-cal collaberation and discussion for key strategic priorities

Operational support

  • Support Chief of Staff to establish and operate business operation governance with senior leadership team, track key action items with timely feedback
  • Support Country Lead to prepare for key internal/external communication

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Lanquaqe skills:

  • English: fluency level
  • Chinese: native speaker or fluency level close to native speakers

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master degrees from top universities in China
  • MBA will be a plus

Experience & knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in multinational company experiences in strategy consulting firms will be a plus
  • Proven experiences and well trained skills in project management, excel based analytics and modeling, PPT presentation
